Bryan and his wife were very responsive. Worked around the clock. Had a compressor failure on a busy Friday night and they communicated quickly even at 2:00am. Came out first thing in the morning on a Saturday to check it out. We quickly determined that the R22 system was beyond saving and decided on a more efficient newer R410a based system. Bryan went out of way to pay extra to have the supplier open up on the weekend so he could do a same day install with Hilda and his team. Customer compassion and comfort were clearly important to him and his wife and he didn’t want anyone living even a day in the Florida heat without A/C. Hilda was a hard working expert in her craft as a trusted knowledgeable tech. In my mind I called her Hilda-beast because she was a beast ripping out my heavy air handler in no time and replacing it air a brand new unit with 5 different blower speed options. Even on setting 3 there is more volume of airflow than my prior unit had on its best day with half the vents closed. She meticulously married the air handler to the main air vent with joint compound like she was creating a statue of Michelangelo. It’s was art! By sundown the A/C was blowing cold again and the temperature and humidity was instantly more comfortable. There’s a reason this team has more positive reviews than anyone else by far. It’s because they sacrifice their time, bodies and their sleep, so you can sleep comfortably the same day you call them. The other company that I called didn’t even carry refrigerant on their truck. These are your choices folks, and there is one company that stands out above the rest….

Not only did the technician fix my AC drip line clog issue, he also did a full diagnostic of the air handler and pointed out additional issues he found. The fix was fast and super affordable. I will definitely book again if needed.

Good evening everyone. Please read this review before hiring someone else. First I want to thank Bryan and Kelvin for coming to my rescue on short notice. My happy wife AC was the third repairman I called after the other two companies couldn't tell me what's wrong with my air conditioner. I called Cooling and air conditioning first. Randy responded to my call promptly and arrived on time. However Randy showed up to my house smelling like marijuana and wanted me to pay for something that was not broken. When I refuse to pay he was very persistent and rude. Just so he can leave I pay the service call. I called Airpros next Tyler was sweet but charged too much for something so small. I told him I will pay the service fee. but I need to get a third opinion. Bryan was my last hope. What I loved about My happy wife is Bryan listened to my concerns. He was honest and straightforward with me. He told me he would have to come and inspect my unit before he can tell me what's wrong with it. Kelvin came to my place around 7, he was so professional and courteous. He looked at ny unit and told me exactly what was wrong it. Ladies and gentlemen Kelvin fixed my air conditioner in less then 35 minutes. And stayed additional 15 minutes to make sure it was working. The price Bryan charged me was Excellent. Less than the two previous service fees I paid already. I HIGHLY recommend this company to my friends and family. Please called this company first unless you enjoy paying service fees to repairman that don't know what they're doing.
