- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs can be tricky to price. I try to be fair with my customers while also being able to put food on my table. You're not always going to make the money you had hoped to make on a job. What's important is that the customers happy and you build a relationship for future projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet with a customer one on one to discuss their project . I think it's important to explore all avenues with a client so that they can make the best decision with the best information that I can provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years I was afforded the ability to run many different types of business before going on my own. I try to take the best qualities from every one of those experiences and make that my basic business model. This ensures my customers get my maximum effort and productivity therefore satisfaction.
