I hired Giovanni when I first bought my condo. It was a mess. He did an excellent job repainting it and installing a great looking floor. And recently I had him redo my bathroom tub and tile and put in some lights. The place looks brand new now. I would definitely recommend him..

We have really appreciated all of the work that Giovanni has done for us in the past few years! I had the opportunity to work with him in my years of real estate and loved his dedication and responsiveness to my client's work in their homes. More recently he has worked on my own home remodeling a bathroom, replacing my entire home with beautiful luxury vinyl flooring which is flawless as well as new baseboards and paint throughout! So proud to show my home to family and friends now! He was punctual, met our tight deadlines, and all at a fair price. Highly recommend him and his crew!

Giovanni is so high quality / perfectionist and also a creative problem solver. My wife and I used him for our first home. He transformed our kitchen and made really good use of wasted space. We used him again in our new home and delivered for us again. Can’t recommend him enough. Really respect his skill and his value

Giovanni performed 2 jobs for me:
1.) Replaced a ceiling that had been damaged by roof storm leakage. The work was excellent and done on time and professionally. He also refinished the ceiling texture.
2.) Replaced a living room floor. Again, the work was done on time and professionally. He replaced the floor, moldings and transition pieces.
