Pro needs to communicate with customer. Arrived at 11:00 am left to go to home Depot for part at 11:40. Didn't return til after 4:30. Water was off all day. I tried calling and texting after 2 hours, no answer even though my text asked him to tell us when he would be back. Did not seem very skilled with plumbing matters. Would not use him again.
