What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always willing to work with customers to make the process as easy as possible. If the customer provides the witness, I never charge for witness signatures.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just need to know the type of document needing a notary seal. I'm always happy to assist in the process. As requested I'm happy to print documents for signing, emailing completed PDF documents, mail or expedite completed documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm proud to received my BS in Business Finance from St. Petersburg College. I'm a bonded certified notary signing agent approved by the state of Florida. I hold Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License.
