I contracted with Stephen Hubbert to develop my website and I was completely satisfied. Stephen exceeded my expectations in his customer service and the technical quality of the website. Stephen prepares videos to explain his work to his customers. Those videos really get a lot of communication done in a short time - plus they're interesting. I asked Stephen for some very specific photos, such as an American looking house with solar - he found one with an American flag on the front porch - and some non-glamorous looking solar customers - he found a great photo of some retirement-aged people with their photovoltaic array. Overall, the website looks very professional, which was my main overall objective. The web pages are attractive and include graphics with animation, testimonials, samples of our products and links to other sites. He has shown me how to make edits and editions on my own when I want to. Stephen is also a man of integrity and a friendly helpful disposition. In my experience, he is a good choice for a website developer.

The website developed for me by Mr. Stephen Hubbert and World Wide Webmasters, Inc. is everything I wanted and more. Here's my testimony about this company: In 2007, I paid Mr. Hubbert to develop a website intended for my son as a means to showcase his exceptional talent for playing various musical instruments in the hope that it would lead to him obtaining a collegiate scholarship. Unfortunately, that was only my plan not his and I never launched the website. However, since the monies were non-refundable, Mr. Hubbert made a verbal commitment to me to honor my contract with him and develop me a website whenever in the future I decided I was ready for it without a time limitation. I did not talk with him again until the fall of 2013. When I contacted Mr. Hubbert, without a question he advised me that he remembered his verbal agreement to me (from six years previous), that he was a man of his word and to send him the information for the website so that he could get it up for me. Without asking me for another cent, Mr. Hubbert designed me an elite, professional and well designed website for my newly spirit-inspired small business establishment that included five pages and free year of hosting as in the original contract as well as search engine optimizations, backlinks, social media links, blogs and a ton of other Google capabilities that I know nothing about that he contributed based on his expertise. What I know for sure is Mr. Hubbert did much more for my website than I paid him for when I purchased it six years ago. Mr. Hubbert is a CEO that conducts business with integrity, professionalism, commitment, honesty and sincerity. He is very knowledgeable about this trade. He is genuine, dedicated, and hands on to ensure quality products that yields and delivers outstanding customer satisfaction. He designed a website for me that is worth more than the money I invested. I will confidently trust his skills with all of my future business information technology needs.
