- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We used standarddized industry labor guides as the basis for establising pricing for repairs in other to give customers peace of mind by given the complete repair cost before the repair started. Our service fee is $79 to diagnose the first appliance, $35 for the second appliance, and if you have a third appliance is free of charge. These rates applied only to standard appliances. All high end appliances are set at $99.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the typical process is to obtain baisc information, spend a few minutes to listen, and go over any concerns the customer may have. In addition, we keep the customer up to date in every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a trained and EPA certified technician under section 608 of the Clean Air Act. This is required for for technicians whom maintain, service, and repair on hvac and appliance repair equipemnt that could release refrigerants into the atmosphere. Our universal certification number is 842943133315. In addition, our appliance repair business is fully licensed.
