Introduction: Lighting is very important and enhances the fun at any event. Most DJ's don't include computerized dance lights during a performance. Those that do only use a couple and charge extra for additional lights. All of my performances include a high tech light show that will "WOW" your guests! I really enjoy entertaining. It's amazing that I have the privilege of being a part of so many people's special occasions. There's nothing better than looking out into a crowd and seeing a bunch of smiling faces.

Don't even bother trying work with another "DJ" because Jay is a professional from every aspect of an event. You will waste hours of time looking for someone who simply ISN'T and SHOULD BE Jay Peterson. He just provided us with our daughter's Sweet 16 party entertainment and entertaining it was! Jay's full-time career as lighting professional lends to a level of expertise that is unparalleled. I wish we had him at our wedding! He met us many weeks before the event to walk the space and determine what would work best and STILL went above and beyond even those expectations the night of the party. His genuine love for music only compliments his talented ability to engineer the greatest assembly of lights, mood, color and "electricity" - pardon the pun! He knew what the adults would want to hear, what the kids would want to hear and was open to every single song request. What is unique about his talent, is that he is a lighting expert who also DJ's, so you get a look that changes the dynamic of just a simple party with some music playing in the background. Jay works within a 50 mile radius, but he would be well worth any premium to have him travel to you should you be outside that area. All we can say is....how blessed we were to find him and how we can't wait to tell others about him (family parties, school events, proms, dances, corporate events, etc.) and the services he provides. Jay is reasonably priced and to be candid, should charge more because he is worth it. We can't thank him enough for all that he did to give our guests a fun night and look forward to reading countless more outstanding reviews about him in the future!

Never met someone that loves his job more than him. He was more enthusiastic about the party than anybody else, and treated me like a 5 star customer. He will be our DJ forever. My words are not enough to express how happy I was with him.

Jay, Did an outstanding job for my husband's surprise 40th Birthday party! Guests were having so much fun that I had him stay an extra 30min. Per their request. He did Awesome job!!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had DJ equipment before I was able to drive a car. When I was 14 years old I turned my bedroom into a sound studio complete with strobe lights and a mirror ball. I have had the love for music and lights ever since.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that everyone knew about how much passion I have for my profession. I love my job so much that if I had millions of dollars I would DJ for free. This is why I offer lower rates and include so much in my performances. Music and lights are my life!
