Danny and Candace did an amazing job with our “Girls Trip” dinner. Danny put together an amazing menu to meet the needs of 17 women with many different dietary preferences. The food was delicious and plentiful. There was more than enough for everyone to eat more than one meal. They cleaned up everything, packed away the leftovers, and left the kitchen spotless. Highly recommend Done Wright Culinary and we will definitely be in contact for our next Orlando trip and the molten chocolate lava cake is to die for!!

I hired Danny to fly to Utah and provide a five star meal for over 35 people in a place he’s never been, and in front of a crowd he’d never met. Wow - what an experience. Not only was the food fresh, high quality, and delicious… but the presentation and execution was flawless. His knowledge of different flavors AND how to keep it healthy is unrivaled. I’ll be be using Danny for all of my future events going forward and you should to!

Chef Danny is awesome as an amazing chef but also a kind human! He showed our girls how to prepare a full meal, complete with safety and cleanliness. We all had a great time, learned a lot & ate a delicious meal!

Danny was the BEST decision we could have ever made for our entire wedding ! He saved the day in more ways than I can count, and remained completely calm, and professional through out many unexpected changes that had occurred during our event. What could have been a catastrophe for a wedding (due to weather and much else going on) Danny came in like a super hero, and saved the night with his lavishly presented food, and restoring a glamorous spirit for the evening simply through his food .. and MY GOODNESS , was his food Michelin star worthy !!! Especially with all the disadvantages he had while cooking. I was blown away ! For starters we had a limited amount of space for refrigeration at the particular venue that we had chosen , that led to a spill of lobsters. Being no fault of his own , he came in and handled the entire thing like a champ, sanitizing the entire area .. and did not miss a beat with preparation, even being under a time crunch. The one thing you need at a wedding or any event for that matter is trust in your hired help . That they can adapt , and rise to any challenges you may not have the time behind the scenes to tend to. His services went above and beyond. Our servers that were hired did not show up to our wedding , and the entire arrangement was set up for a 3 course meal .. Danny moved swiftly to take everything and turn it into a buffet style set up ~ and some how impressively elegant !! It was truly an unbelievable task .. and some how our guests never even noticed any of our setbacks. Prior to our event Danny was able to design a food concept perfectly aligned with the style of courses I had envisioned. Taking what I wanted .. and transforming it into something absolutely magical ! (He knows his stuff) I am a complete foodie so I can tend to be a little more critical than the average , but my gosh did he deliver! ( If I had any advise to give from our experience would be to make sure to have salt and pepper shakers at the tables , as people may have different preferences for seasoning. Also to be clear when collaborating your ideas , and specific with how you would like a certain meat cut ie: having a filet mignon shaped like a medallion, or lobster to be butterflied vs. cut in 1/2) A little time preparing your ideas goes a long way . Things that I hadn’t even thought of , he was able to create / invent right on the fly during our events , which speaks volumes of his experience level. His food was such a sensation at our wedding , that my gosh .. I can’t remember a time in my life where a chef actually left a reception with a standing ovation - Not kidding lol ! I will post pictures back here on Thumbtack as soon as I get them from our photographer.. He is definitely is worth every penny. I am so grateful to have picked him for the most important night of my life! Thank you Danny from the bottom of our hearts .. we will forever thank you for making our wedding so incredibly special ♥️👨🏻‍🍳

Chef Spike was absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating to changing plans and surprises. Very professional, also kind hearted and catered to different diets with ease. Everything was so delicious and I wish Chef the best of luck going forward! Everything was so amazing!
