Since ASJ have taken over the management of our Florida home we have seen a big improvement. ASJ are a very friendly company and go that extra mile to ensure our home is clean, fresh and up to date. The garden and pool areas have improved and they have made small improvements that have made a big difference....window alarms, new linens, VERY DEEP cleans etc and have suggested improvements to us which we have had done. We have had more bookings in our home too and ASJ are working hard to promote the business and therefore our rental home. I would certainly recommend ASJ to anyone looking for a professional, hard working, management company who put the owners and their homes first.

We have owned our vacation home on Wellington sub division since 1998 we have been satisfied with the franchisee,s looking after our property . How did you get started doing this type of work?
On a vacation to Florida, we stayed at a villa that was very nice but needed just a bit more tlc. When we got home we looked into property management and decided that we could definitely do it better!
What types of customers have you worked with?
From managing rentals, accounts, check-in/check-out to monitoring utilities, arranging maintenance and managing refurbishments....a long and ever changing list, we are flexible to our owners needs.
