We had multiple issues in a forty year old home . Calling for an appointment was easy A pleasant woman answered the phone and efficiently set one up Ricardo of RGK communicated his arrival well. He is personable and professional. His electrical safety inspection was thorough pointing out current code and where your system stands compared to that code plus assessing the health and safety of your existing connections His team completed all the work in one six hour visit working cleanly and explaining options along the way. I felt safe and confident in their approach and will use them again

RGK provided electrical services in my sister's home to include repair and upgrade of a main electrical panel, and addition electrical circuits. Services were provided over the holiday (Thanksgiving) break. The technician (Ricardo) was very professional and responsive, when working with my family (in which I appreciated). All work was done with great quality, although the conditions in which the technician had to work with were outdated. In an environment, where it is hard to find good contractors, I would highly recommend RGK Electric, for other jobs family related or not.
