Hi Alan, sorry you misunderstood my questions. I️ ask a lot of questions first so I️ understand what it is you are looking for. I received your request for an appraisal, and I️ normally respond to customers asking if they need an actual appraisal because they are refinancing their home, or if they need to sell their home and want to know about how much they could potentially sell for. Half the time, customers actually do not need an appraisal, they just need a home valuation, which I️ can provide for free. Since you said you were thinking of purchasing a property in your building privately, I️ asked if you were using an attorney to complete necessary documents (I did not ask if you needed an attorney), I apologize if you misunderstood that and thought I️ was asking if you needed one.
