- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For window cleaning we count windows and base price on shape, size and detail. Power washing is usually priced by square footage. Tinting is priced by size of window and type of tint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather all information from the customer and the services that they are looking for. We will then set an appointment with them to have the owner come out to give a free estimate. After the customer accepts the price we will schedule and come out to do the work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential and commercial customers.
