Introduction: I offer the services of computer repair, backup services, computer cleaning services (physical and data), OS installation, and much more.
I am A+/Network+/Mobility+/Security+/JNCIA-JUNOS certified and offer extremely competitive rates for certified techs in the Wakulla-Leon County area.
My bench rate is $20/hr, for general repair work. If you need a specific service done such as an OS installation, I charge a lump sum that does not change regardless of how much time I spend.
I am willing to travel to a client's site, but I do charge a gas fee of 15 cents/mile if you are located outside the Tallahassee/Wakulla County area.
I like keeping things simple and easy to understand. If you ever have questions, I will do my best to answer them with quality work and good customer service.

Jarrod was very professional, well equipped, and quite generous and personable! Obviously extremely knowledgeable, he was also a patient teacher who happily answered every question in a helpful way that I could understand. His rate is unbeatable, especially for the care and detailed service he provides. I will be hiring him again for any and all of my future computer related needs! Jarrod helped me with every issue I had overall and informed me on what to get before setting a date. During the visit he told me exactly what he was doing with critical laptop features and informed me what I should and shouldn't do in the future to get the best performance possible from the rig he fixed. I will never go to a brick and mortar repair shop again because Jarrod Bagwell has replaced them for me. If he is available for your home computer repair, hire him.
