Then A concrete overlay in Jupiter, I learned all phases of concrete from hands on experience. I learned from some of the best finishers I have seen to date. Complaint Description: Cement in pool Disaster! He pours the cement and walks through the wet cement, leaving footprints everywhere. I notified Charles of this and he puts globs of cement patches where the footprints were. I alerted him to this and he then had to redo the entire area where he put these patches. After redoing this area, while recutting the spacers in the cement, he makes some random 2 foot cut in the middle of the new cement, not anywhere near where the other gaps are. Oops, he says. To fix this, he would have to redo the whole area again, so I let it rest. I, also, told him to mind the sprinkler heads for the walk from the pool to the drive, however he poured over the sprinkler head. After a 2 week job that took 6 weeks with him redoing most of his job, I paid him to be done with it. As we're cleaning the pool from the debris, I notice there are large clums of cement around the bottom of the entire pool where he let the wet cement fall and dry in the pool. I've tried to have him come back to fix this, which he promised to do, but now his phone is disconnected. We talked a company to fix this and the entire, 30,0000 gallon pool needs to be drained, the dried cement smoothed out and the whole inside of the pool repainted. Cement by Charles needs to come repair the damage done to my pool with removing the dried cement on the bottom of our pool and repainted the pool where the damage occurred. Your Desired Resolution: Cement by Charles either needs to come repair the damage done to the pool or refund us $2000 so I can hire someone to repair this damage. Cement has dried on the bottom of the pool while laying cement around the pool. The cement is now affixed to all areas around the edge of the bottom of the pool and needs to be cleaned up. Since the cement has affixed to the bottom of the pool and adhered to the cement pool lining, it is likely necessary that the pool will need to be drained, the globs of cement at the bottom of the pool sanded down and the pool repainted.

We addressed all his concerns.I will offer you before and after photos of this project as well as me cleaning the pool. Some people unfortunately can not be pleased

Stamped concrete Patio. Charles did a wonderful job on our addition to our existing Patio. He was very prompt, did excellent job, would recommend him if you need any work done. He is also reasonable with the Price.
