- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we provide top notch service at an exceptional price unmatched is our quality of service. discounts apply to military, disabled and Elderly persons. Prices mostly are fixed for the most part and are based on Average square footage for a middle class house with the associated number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For example; If you do not want me to clean all 3 bedrooms you must let me know in the messages but still mark the house as a 3 bedroom in the quote for accurate pricing. credits will be applied for subtraction of rooms if needed but must be included in total pricing. The more bedrooms a house has the larger the common rooms tend to be so that is why my prices are the way they are and why I can post them online as set prices for cleaning which really nobody else does in this industry. Sometimes this way of pricing doesn't work well for the company but it does for the client, I tend to cut myself short at times so if your house is unique and has features that are not standard for an average middle class home or is overly dirty up front please let me know and prices can be adjusted if I show up to your home and for example cuz it's happened; 3 bedroom 2 bath home and your kitchen is 40 feet by 40 ft and ingolfed in cabinets, islands and closets with all kinds of things hanging from the ceiling and the whole house covered in 3 inches of dog hair with bathrooms covered in human hair and stuff and I'm suppose to be doing a standard cleaning at $set price... you need to pay more and I will tell you this before I start. A deep clean is what you actually need and it will cost more. lastly, I'm a house cleaner and a home organization also a service I offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy to book an appointment let us know what you want done we will submit an estimate to you. if you accept we ask for your availability to schedule an appointment. you send us your address and we come and do the job. it's that simple. we dont like to waste time and we find our customers don't either.
