At first I said I wouldn’t do this but this year I also said that I would no longer accept the minimum. This is the WORST provider I ever dealt with. I was sick with the flu and she offered to still come. I wasn’t feeling my best so I was in and out of bed. I didn’t really look over my own the way I normally do because my housekeeper never disappoints. My home looked like it was never touched. I had just gotten back in town so it was clothes and suitcases by the door. I was changed an extra $100 which I said cool because it wasn’t “cleaning.” I was changed in total $160+ she didn’t vacuum because mine was broken but again she came up with some excuse I never heard as to why she don’t use her own. She used all of my products and garbage bags, never mentioned I didn’t have anymore. Didn’t clean the mop or water the was so stink and hair from the mop water was in the floor. Bathrooms disgusting. Kitchen a disgusting. She moved around my toddler room at first quickly so I thought before I was disappointed that she was a keeper. Not to mention the messages I received after. I didn’t text her with a refund in my mind but she didn’t offer one nor did she offer for rectify anything. I told her I felt taken advantage of and robbed. I’ll never use this app nor provider again. Be careful. A customer would pay for service. It was never about the money. It was about integrity and customer service. Even the extra money was for nothing all she did was push things in piles. Her daughter tried to empty oil, she said no. I literally cried because I was so angry. I wanted my home clean for my birthday and New Years. It was the worst money ever spent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we provide top notch service at an exceptional price unmatched is our quality of service. discounts apply to military, disabled and Elderly persons. Prices mostly are fixed for the most part and are based on Average square footage for a middle class house with the associated number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For example; If you do not want me to clean all 3 bedrooms you must let me know in the messages but still mark the house as a 3 bedroom in the quote for accurate pricing. credits will be applied for subtraction of rooms if needed but must be included in total pricing. The more bedrooms a house has the larger the common rooms tend to be so that is why my prices are the way they are and why I can post them online as set prices for cleaning which really nobody else does in this industry. Sometimes this way of pricing doesn't work well for the company but it does for the client, I tend to cut myself short at times so if your house is unique and has features that are not standard for an average middle class home or is overly dirty up front please let me know and prices can be adjusted if I show up to your home and for example cuz it's happened; 3 bedroom 2 bath home and your kitchen is 40 feet by 40 ft and ingolfed in cabinets, islands and closets with all kinds of things hanging from the ceiling and the whole house covered in 3 inches of dog hair with bathrooms covered in human hair and stuff and I'm suppose to be doing a standard cleaning at $set price... you need to pay more and I will tell you this before I start. A deep clean is what you actually need and it will cost more. lastly, I'm a house cleaner and a home organization also a service I offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy to book an appointment let us know what you want done we will submit an estimate to you. if you accept we ask for your availability to schedule an appointment. you send us your address and we come and do the job. it's that simple. we dont like to waste time and we find our customers don't either.
