Paulo was great! Great communication, punctual, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. He inspected our water heater that was leaking pretty badly and determined that it needed to be replaced. He proceeded to go and buy the water heater, removed the old heater, and installed the new one all within 3.5 hrs. I would definitely call him again in the future 😊

Paulo was so easy to work with. I explained that I needed maintenance on my water heater. He gave a flat rate - fair price and he came at the scheduled time. What more could anyone ask for! He cleaned up and told me a good maintenance schedule going forward. I have a wonderful plumber and now I have another for times of crisis! If I could give more stars I would!! Excellent service.
