I needed lPipes extended for new kitchen cabinets before the counter was installed. Morgan came to the rescue. He is a real asset to the company and a very knowledgeable and pleasant young man . If I could I'd give him more than 5 stars. He got me out of a pickle in record time with confidence and purpose. I really appreciate all the work he did in short order. I'd recommend Ben Franklin to everyone in need of plumbing work.And ladies he cleaned up after.

Morgan our Tech was wonderful. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be here and although wasnt able to fix our water problem, he gave us Information on what needed to be done and who we needed to call. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
