- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently taking classes at a local college that will continue to help me increase my knowledge to always be able to help clients and give them the best training for them to gain results!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being active in sports all my life gave me the passion to want to train athletes, but witnessing my mother suffer 2 strokes within two years due to high blood pressure caused me to take another look at my life. This moment in life inspired me to want to help people live an healtier life and challenge themselves to break old family habbits as I. Now my passion is in helping those that want to be helped change their lives with my fitness program!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most client I train either want to loose weight, tone muscle, build muscle or get faster. So I focus on helping each client work specifically on attaining their goals!
