My name is Barbara and I own and operate Turn To Stone. His very first sentence says it all about my company. It was Amazing. And that should be my review but Frank mixed in the paint job that was not in my contract scope of work. Frank was a great client, unfortunately, I tried to be nice and help him out, which in the end was very costly to me. My contract was to do the ceilings, floors and baseboards. That's it..period. and as he said we did an Amazing job.Frank, also needed painters. Not in my contact. But Frank had to leave town while work was done so he asked me to oversee the painters. Well, that is where disaster struck. First of all, they were horrible painters and secondly they used the wrong paint on the ceilings. This happened while I was not there. I was not hired to babysit these people but I did go and check and saw what they had done. Long story short, I spent all day Saturday, all day Sunday, and Monday trying to straighten this mess out for Frank. I bought paint to re-do the ceilings and painted the ceilings myself...no charge. Painted all the baseboards...no charge...Painted all the door casings because they looked horrible not painted and he had not paid to have them painted...no charge. I do not know of any contractor that would cared or Done what I did to help Frank out. I deserve a 5 star rating on the work performed by company. I am saddened that he could not see that.
