- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the amount of space items take up in the truck. Before any job, I provide a clear upfront quote so there are no surprise. There are no hidden fees, fair pricing based on the load size. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, seniors, and multi-item pickups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for a few photos or a description of the items to give a quick estimate. When I arrive, I confirm the final price before loading anything. Once approved, my team handles all the lifting, loading, and cleanup. After the job is done, we walk through the area to make sure you're satisfied before taking payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been trained in safe lifting techniques, efficient loading, and home protection practices to ensure your property isn't damaged during removal. I also have hands-on experience with cleanouts, furniture removal, appliance hauling, and professional customer service. Every job is handled with care, respect, and attention to detail.
