Introduction: Whether it is teaching online or in person, I use a multi-modal approach (hear, see, act) to enhance the student's learning capabilities. It is easy to understand mathematical or scientific matter when proper environmental analogies are discussed - I always try to relate mathematical and physical to everyday life, which I've seen to help students retain the material very well. Unlike another type of wealth, knowledge is a wealth that only grows when shared; hence, I enjoy sharing the wealth of knowledge to as many people as I can, so I can be richer in this wonder wealth. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoy teaching as I see it as a way of repaying the society for the wonderful teachers I've had been blessed with.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

On the contrary, my pricing system is too simple: "If you like my service, pay the amount specified. If not, don't pay me at all." As unrealistic as this may sound, I am not a full time tutor however, in as little as I tutor, I like to do a perfect job. Moreover, I do not like to make money, I like to earn it! :)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a Math/Physics tutor for a year in college and have been tutoring students of diverse background outside of college over the past two years. While I'm not a full-time student, I try to provide quality service by acting more like a friend than a figure of authority.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with students of all age groups: high-school, college and even senior students - I tend to be a rather social person, which certainly helps in keeping the interaction with my students very friendly, thus making it much easier to discuss the concepts clearly with not much room for misinterpretation.
