- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on an individual basis, as we’ve realized no two businesses have the same set of books. Depending on your need once we review your books, we will submit a proposal with our monthly fee. As a courtesy, we do offer a discount to all new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My services are 100% remote. A Tentative New Client Process is: Free Discovery Call: During this Zoom call we’ll discuss your business structure, how money flows in and out of your business. Your current need and pain points, how we can be of service, and whether it’s a good fit. Feel free to schedule a time to connect on my website. QuickBooks Review: We will provide you with instructions on how to give us accountant user access to your QuickBooks account. Within 48 business hours, we will deliver a proposal with our monthly fee based on our review of your books. Onboarding: At this stage you’ve signed the contract, made a payment and are in the process are giving our team access to all necessary financial systems to get started on your project.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A new client needed their books cleaned ahead of a round of due diligence for investors. I was able to get a few months’ worth of work done in the span of a few days. Ultimately, the client was happy which is always rewarding.
