Very fast response. They installed an entire new HVAC system the next day after I called them. Very fair price. They gave me a very detailed estimate and completed everything on their itemized list. They showed me how to do the monthly maintenance and filter change. They even patched a hole in the dry wall inside my AC cabinet. Overall a very smooth experience!

My air conditioner works like new again. Ice cold in every room. I had to replace my evaporator coils because they were leaking freon from corrosion. Got tired of wasting money every 3 months for someone to refill it. I wished I had fixed it sooner.

I hired Prime Air conditioning to replace my split air conditioning unit at a reasonable price. Gerald, Stephan, Jethro and the staff were excellent from start to finish! They were punctual, professional, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. My air handler is located in the attic and I know it was very challenging for them but they did their work efficiently. I would definitely recommend Prime Air to my friends and family members.
