I workout with Wes twice a week. Those days are the highlight of my week! Wes always shows up on early, pumped and with an energetic smile. He’s encouraging, passionate about getting strong and makes the hour fly by! My kids join in the fun when they’re around and Wes is always encouraging each one at their own pace and level.
