Ericka answered questions I had even when it did not financially benefit her and was also available as soon as I realized I was in over my head for taxes. Very much appreciated and helpful in explaining the tax process.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and Ericka made sure to let me know everything that I needed to bring or have prepared. She we very detailed and spent the time to ask questions and walk me through the process. I felt very comfortable with her professional, punctual and courteous manner.
