I hired Chris to install a backsplash in my kitchen. He came out and did an estimate and we setup a start date. He was on time each day until the job was completed. The tile skills were excellent. He always cleaned up each day. He also installed my new microwave, which was not a part of this project. Chris is very professional and takes pride in his work. The final product exceeded my expectations. He will be my go to guy for future projects. I highly recommend him.

Chris was awesome, He contacted me right away and showed up on time. He was very nice and professional. After installing my Ring camera I had to contact Ring to set it up. I advised Chris he could leave as it would take a while. Even though I had already paid him for his time he insisted on staying another 35 minutes while I worked with Ring on the setup.

Chris and his son were extremely professional and responsive, also finding the most efficient and reliable way to carry out some siding and deck repairs. They also prepared a quote after thorough inspection and stuck to it despite having to change out some materials and come for parts of three different days. I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job itself I have an hourly rate for the small jobs and more time consuming jobs is usually a flat rate unless unforeseen issues come up in which case I will immediately discuss it with the home owner so we can come to an agreement before any work gets done . Estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with messaging each other about project then agree to meeting where the project will be and go from there
