I was excited to work with Brita Photos for a special project involving my daughter, and while I understand how busy life can be, the communication was challenging and left me feeling uncertain. I reached out multiple times through text and email with minimal response, which made it hard to trust the process. I even found out she has another job, which likely impacts her ability to fully commit. I appreciate that she’s juggling a lot, but clients really rely on timely and clear communication for events like this. I’d suggest Brita consider ways to improve response time so her clients feel more secure and valued. I think she has potential, but better communication would go a long way.
