- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always open to dialogue, to understanding what exactly the client wants. I appreciate that the client chooses me and in return I expect that my work will be appreciated in the same way. I always discuss clothes, a convenient time for the customer. I have strict time management, the client will not have to worry about something going wrong. I calculate the time relative to sunset or sunrise. I am very punctual and responsibly approach each individual order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I listen to what the client wants, then we discuss the details. Of course, if the client does not know or doubts how everything will happen, thanks to my experience I will tell you everything necessary for a successful photo shoot.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For many years I was shooting for sale, traveling photos, family photos for magazines advertising vacations or hotels, advertising holidays such as Christmas or New Year. At some point I decided that I wanted to shoot private orders.
