- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're dedicated to providing services that are tailored to each client's specific needs and budget. Our pricing is flexible, and we're willing to work with whatever reasonable budget someone has, focusing on growing with their company and adding additional services in the future. We're committed to providing our clients with the best possible value for their investment and will work with them to create a pricing structure that works for their business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you meet with our account manager Andy to determine the requested services. We then set up a follow-up call with Betsy, our project manager, to discuss your project in more detail, including the cost of your services. Once we've completed your onboarding process, we have a weekly meeting to ensure the team and client are all on the same page with the client's project. On the weekly calls, we'll gather information for your marketing material and content and answer any questions or concerns you may have while creating your business with a strong online presence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have 21 years of experience working in the industry, providing me with extensive training and knowledge in my field. This experience has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the industry and develop expertise in various marketing and business development areas.
