FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so I provide detailed estimates based on the actual scope of work. I offer fair pricing, and if an on-site estimate fee applies, it is waived when I’m hired for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to understand your goals and budget. Then I schedule an on-site visit, evaluate the project, answer your questions, and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, communicate throughout the project, and make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction before considering the job finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with years of experience managing residential and commercial construction projects. I have successfully passed the Florida General Contractor licensing examination and am currently completing the required new construction experience needed for full licensure, with approximately six months remaining. Prior to starting Ricardo Construction Group, I served as a Construction Project Manager for Ferguson Enterprises, where I managed complex construction projects, coordinated subcontractors, worked closely with architects and engineers, and ensured projects were completed on schedule and in compliance with building codes. Earlier in my career, I owned and operated Forestta Woodworks, a custom cabinetry and woodworking business, where I designed, built, and installed high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork. This combination of hands-on craftsmanship and professional project management allows me to deliver quality workmanship, clear communication, and exceptional customer service on every project.
