Paul and Partner did an excellent job of moving and delivering the washer and dryer and the china cabinet. The china cabinet is glass and metal. It is 88" high and extremely heavy. While they moved it out the front door and down the steps to the truck, I sat in the dining room and prayed--my hands together like a child. I was afraid they would get hurt, that the cabinet would fall and the glass would shatter, and that I was wrong to move it in the first place. None of the above happened. I didn't hear a sound. It went out the door, down the stairs, and into the truck as if it were a pillow. Paul is truly a magician and extremely strong, and his partner is excellent also. They work very well together. In addition, they are polite, respectful, reassuring and good at communicating with people. If or when I have the opportunity to recommend a moving company, I will certainly recommend Pack On The Go. Our pricing is based on the inventory that needs to be moved. We like to come out to the location to get an idea of the items, then we can get an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to setup a survey, at no cost or obligation, where we can come and document the items that need to be moved. That way we can get an accurate quote, with no fees or surprises at the end of the move.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have all their questions answered, and that the company they are looking to hire performs background checks on their employees.
