- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat fee pricing with no hidden charges whats so ever. We take 50% up front and the remaining balance upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by laying out a strategy that works with in my clients understanding and budget. Once we launch, I go through expectations and survey my clients requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I the owner, have a Master's Degree in Advertising and I attend a multitude of seminars that pertain to my field.
