- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
no standard pricing, it varies per client as each client's needs are different. We are not a cookie cutter agency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone to get an idea of their business, take a look at their site if they have one, then look at the competitors to see what they are doing. Formulate an overall marketing strategy or an overall website redesign, then we present that to the potential customer before going into contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
