- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Traveling fees start at $45.00. Plus $1.00 per mile after 10 miles. Weekends, Holidays and After hours services are an additional fee. Please see our website for details: derbynotary.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every customer new or returning, simply call Derby Notary anytime within our hours of operation. We are happy to discuss with you in detail the needs of your documents, and a time and place of your choosing where we will meet. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been training as Notary Publics for over a year now, taking in any and all learning about everything encompassing documents of notarization! We welcome the continuation to learn more every day, as certification laws will often adapt and change with time, and a sharp Notary is a good Notary. We are currently training to become Loan signing agents and hope to embark on this new element of our careers within the year!
