- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am simply a craftsman, not a salesman. I wont feed the customer a line, unlike some. If I am not comfortable or I feel inadequate about any type of work or particular phase of any project I will be completely honest about it. And of course there are many things I could do, that I don't, because I do have my preferences.. I do tend to be straight forward and a little old fashioned. Sometimes, I do wish I was more of a salesman though.
