- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chef fee: $175.00; Professional server fee:$100.00 for each; Professional Mixologist fee: $100.00 for each, The client if responsible for tip, food costs and other costs incurred and agreed to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Although not required I attend trade shows. Often cook in kitchens to learn new techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The passion I have always held for cooking. Since before I can remember cooking breakfast in Covington, Louisiana for my parents, brother and grandparents. They were all asleep and woke to the smell of breakfast. Thinking the other was cooking all were shocked to see I had cooked it. And they loved it. Since then I have always cooked. I have been in New Orleans South Louisiana kitchens my whole life. Most are famous now not so much then I took a different career path to get here. I payed the price when I was young to be able to cook for the rest of my life. This is my design.
