I train with my instructor on a regular basis. I also train with some of the top masters in the art of Okinawan Goju-Ryu periodicaly throughout the year

You must decide what type of martial art is right for you. Do you prefer a sport martial art of self defense? Okinawan karate is very self defense oriented
