Jim contacted me immediately. He arrived on time and gave me an estimate for repair that was very reasonable and quite a bit less than quoted by another contractor for the same work. He performed the repair that evening and my A/C is now working great. I also got a quote for a new system and will definitely use Jim in the future. He did a great job.
