We were relocating from CT to FL. ASAP home inspections came out more than once and did an amazing job. Our builder even said they found a mistake that made them go check all the other homes in this community and actually found the same mistake on 27 other homes. Even the building was amazed with their job!

I totally would recommend ASAP Home Inspection. Patrick was a few minutes late however I forgot to mention that the GPS would take him to the backside of my house. Once he arrived he was very professional and got the report to me before he even left. We need this as the company name, ASAP. This inspection was for an insurance requirement. If you need a home inspection done; I would call Patrick.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off of a full standard home inspection pricing for all First Responders; Fire, Police, Military You can check our social media for any ongoing Specials ex. Anniversary Sales, Birthday Sales etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client or a real estate agent will contact us for a quote, once we give our pricing we ask for the clients availability and get them scheduled as soon as possible. It’s a fast process, with hardly any wait time.
