Introduction: All of my cakes are 'made to order' - that means every one of them is made from scratch and are created according to my customer's wishes. Real ingredients made to order products. With over 20 years of experience in the bakery business, baking and delivering wedding cakes and catering, I anticipate my client's needs and follow through every time. My passion is baking and seeing the look on people's faces when they taste my cake. So few people realize that 'store bought' cakes are pre-made - the cakes are manufactured and frozen and icing is in buckets!

Fran prepared all of the food for the grand opening party for our new charter cruise business in Daytona Beach. She prepared a great selection of food, snacks, and desserts, all presented in a nautical theme. Many of the guests had very favorable comments about the food and its presentation. Definitely will be using Fran again.

Fran did my Wedding Cake which came out superb. Her talent to decorate it to my theme was awesome "Blue Birds Fly Over the Rainbow". Not only did it look good but it was delicious, Marble Cake with White Butter Cream Frosting and a Chocolate Ganache Filling. She met with us prior for a taste testing and had several decorating Ideas and combinations of the filling incorporated in her sample. We are looking forward to our anniversary to eat the top of the cake, which she also provided the box for freezing it in.

A friend of mine had Fran cater a special surprise meal for me and my family. We had pot roast with vegetable, which was some of the best I've ever had. The roast was so tender you could have eaten it with a spoon. And the dessert was nothing short of spectacular. Fran delivered the meal in her chef's coat and set it up beautifully. I recommend her highly.
