- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally bill by the hour, our prices or normally much less than our competitors. Returns that most places charge $300.00 for our bill is around $75.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very customer oriented and we strive to make the tax preparation and bookkeeping process as simple as possible. We will accept documents in almost any way our client can send them to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our president has an AS in Business Administration, a BS in legal studies, both graduated with honors. She is also an Enrolled Agent and can represent individuals and businesses in front of the Internal Revenue Service. Everyone in the firm is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
