The owner came to my house when the technicians were not available at the quoted time. I really appreciated that. He was very prompt and professional and quickly found the issue as well as making suggestions for updating the system.

We had them do a small landscaping job and fix and drain. They went above and beyond and put in a better misting system, and fixed a break in our Spinkler system. They were so perfessional and on time. They went out of their way to bring flower samples to see what I would like: Eveything they did, they did in a timely manner and it looked fantastic! I would highly reccomend them!!

Scott's service with Bayko Irrigation was above and beyond what we expected. He is very professional, and his estimate only included a hour of work. Due to the age of the system, he ended up working on it for at least 5 hours. He honored his estimate and plans to return again to assist us with operating the system, and to check for the sprinkler placements.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what the customer needs done we will come out and do an estimate. Estimates for full system installations are free otherwise we charge a $65 fee for a service call. We usually take down all necessary information over the duration of the initial phone call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The business owner has 20+ years experience and the irrigation technician has 11 years of experience
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work mostly with residential customers and the occasional business
