Jeanine went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with our honeymoon! My wife and I were married in June 2020 in the middle of COVID-19 and while we were able to have our wedding during this time, our honeymoon was unfortunately cancelled. Two years later, with Jeanine's help, I was able to surprise my wife with our dream honeymoon. Jeanine helped plan everything throughout the process and even when disaster struck and our 5 am flight was cancelled just 8 hours before we were set to board the 5 am flight to begin our honeymoon, Jeanine answered our call and stayed on the phone with us and the agency for 3 hours as we worked out the best solution for us to make our honeymoon happen. Jeanine fought for us and stayed up until midnight battling with the agency and airlines to make sure we were taken care of and that our issue was resolved. If that is not excellent customer service, I do not know what is! Jeanine takes her clients trips to heart and truly goes above and beyond to make sure that you have the best trip possible. If there was a rating above 5 stars, I would absolutely give it to Jeanine and the team at Lavishly Travel!

Everyone is different and that’s the beauty of customizing trips according to your needs. The more I get to know you the better the outcome . Vacations are an investment and I want you to be excited before, during and after.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional Education and work, executive level, experience in destinations. I am very well traveled, educated and experienced in travel, healthcare and finance. This helps all travelers who come to me as I care about you genuinely. I have knowledge of immunizations required, the CDC updates, your financial wellbeing in addition to all of the experience and expert knowledge of destinations.
