I'm a luxury travel advisor specializing in multi-destination Europe, especially Italy and Greece. I also plan honeymoons, European river cruises, Mediterranean sailings, African safaris, and island escapes like the Maldives, Seychelles and the South Pacific, plus Asia and Australia.
I've traveled to 34 countries and take 6–8 trips a year, with the most firsthand time in Italy and Greece. My style is high-touch and personal: I focus on smart logistics and real value, so you get the best experience without paying for things you don't need.
I handle everything: hand-picked 4–5 star and boutique hotels (no Airbnb), private transfers, flights, ferries, trains, private guides and a day-by-day itinerary. Planning fees start at $250 per household, depending on how complex the trip is. Please note: I work with U.S. citizens only, I don't offer last-minute deals or flight-only bookings, and flights can be added when they're part of a trip that includes hotels booked through me.

We started planning our 50th wedding anniversary trip 2 years ahead of time. We werent sure initially what we should do, but we wanted to go somewhere together with all of our adult children and their spouses. Lavishly guided us through our decision, and we chose to go to an all-inclusive resort on the Mexican Riviera. Lavishly booked our large group (initially 16 people) at the resort and made all of the travel arrangements for everyone from 4 different US airports. Our one regret is not using them for arranging the two excursions we went on - we made the arrangements ourselves. They arranged with the resort for a special dinner to celebrate our 50th, and the resort came through in style. It was a wonderful trip, and we would recommend Jeannine and company to anyone and will use them again ourselves.

First off let me start here, Jeanine is a fantastic person who genuinely cares about her clients which is why we keep coming back and she just keeps outdoing herself. We have used her several times but this was our second time for our big anniversary trip that we save up for every five years. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start with a free intro call. My planning fee begins at $250 per household and is paid before I build your itinerary; the exact fee depends on how complex the trip is. I focus on value, not the lowest price. Trips need at least 3–5 hotel nights booked through me, which is also required if you'd like me to book your flights. I don't book Airbnbs, flight-only trips or last-minute deals. I'm an ASTA Verified Travel Advisor, a CLIA member, BBB Accredited with an A+ rating in both Florida and California, and a registered Florida Seller of Travel (ST42087).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) A free call to learn what you want. 2) I design your trip with hand-picked hotels, experiences and the best route. 3) We fine-tune it together. 4) I book everything. 5) We have a "Bon Voyage" call before you leave. 6) You travel with a trip app and my support the whole way. 7) When you're home, we have a post-travel call to hear how it went.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with a background in healthcare and finance. I also have degrees in IT and Computer Information Systems, went to travel school, and worked in the airline, hotel and rental car industries. I'm certified with Viking (River, Ocean and Expedition cruises) and AmaWaterways river cruises, and I keep learning through ongoing training and trips to see destinations and hotels firsthand. I've also earned top-producer awards.
