Angie at Master Website Planners responded immediately to my request for assistance. She was prompt, thorough, and successful in creating a password security log-in for the website I put together for our neighborhood. She and tech-person Gabriel got right into solution-mode. Within the week, our website was up and running. Angie addressed the project at hand, she didn't try to make it bigger than it was, and she offered to tutor me at an hourly rate so that I could make changes going forward. Well done, Angie!

I have experience with many companies of this type and really enjoyed working with this company very much. Angie and Kevin especially are professional, highly likable, extremely creative and talented! They really become involved and try to throughly understand your product and the goals and work hard to assist in it's success. They are long term players looking for a long term relationships, not looking for the short term dollars they can make. Many times, for the good of the project, their recommendations reduces their income. They concentrate on success, maximizing the budget's efectiveness knowing you are likely to stay with them or come back. We discuss pricing in our first meeting so a potential new client will know exactly what they are paying for and what they will receive. Our pricing is fair and provides value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up a time to meet on Zoom. Then, we go over what (if anything) you are currently doing online and talk about your business goals and what we can do to help you reach them. If you decide to hire us, we fill out some paperwork then go to work building your website and other digital media.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Diploma in website design (with 10 years experience in the field) and a master's degree in another area. Our social media expert has a BS in communications (3 years experience in the field). Our Programmer has 2 diplomas (one in Web design and one in Computer programming (10 years experience in the field). Our team is very educated and professional.
