Bill has performed (and continues to perform) the role of management accountant for Black Bear Golf Club (www.blackbeargolfclub.com) for 3 years on a part time basis. He has been effective and conscientious often providing input and recommendations well beyond the boundaries of his specific job role; drawing on his extensive accounting and management experience. He provides a level of expertise not often available to small enterprises. I would recomend him for small to medium size companies who can make use of his breadth of experience; that is not to say that he cannot operate in a large organisation rather that his skills may be under utilised.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Finance in 1971. Shortly after graduating I and got my first in the finance department at Lockheed Aircraft and soon moved up to a management position. For the next 35 years I have been in financial management with the last 20 years holding the top Chief Financial Officer's position.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for somebody who doesn't want a full time job. They may be looking to create their own position.
