I met Nilva Gonzalez a Project Manager for Landmark through a tenant of mine. I asked her if she would take a look at my roof because I had weeds growing through my soffits. once Nilva inspected my roof she had me file a claim through my homeowners Ins. From that day going forward, Nilva explained to me each step of the way from start to finish which was about 45 days total. I played the roll of liaison between Nilva and my Ins. adjuster, Nilva took care of everything else. I have a new roof and couldn't be happier, Thank you Nilva and Landmark Contracting Services
