We had some issues with our pool pump a couple weeks back. After so many calls, Tim was the only person that jumped on the job the next day. He arrived on time and was determined to get the pool up and going that day. With our pool equipment showing some age, he handled everything with the utmost care. After a couple hours, she was up and running. Tim is professional, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. As new pool owners, we had so many questions and he took his time to answer them. Tim really did a terrific job for us. He was extremely responsive, generous with his time in texting and calling to walk us through the issues even before we hired him, making sure we understood exactly what the problems were with our pump and pool, and how he would fix them. Once hired, the cost came in under the amount we were quoted to fix the issues. From start to finish, everything Tim said he would do, he did. He was on time, professional, friendly, and cooperative. And now our pool runs like a top. I just wish we had found him sooner!!
