- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Serenity's, we value our customers and pride ourselves on providing unmatched, top-rated services at competitive rates. We aim to stay within our clients' designated budgets while still providing high-quality products and a customized approach. In addition to offering military, veteran, first responder, and senior citizen discounts year round, we also release new promotional offers and specials regularly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we start with email or phone correspondence to get a good grasp on the customer's goals. From there, we schedule an initial visit to view the property and discuss details of the project. After answering any questions and addressing concerns, we send out an official job quote via email. If everything looks good, we get the job on our schedule and prepare to watch our clients be amazed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are diverse, highly skilled in their specialties, and experienced. We continuously grow together daily while honing in on the latest trends, researching the most sustainable methods, and testing new products. In our minds, the training is never done and has just begun! We love learning, teaching, and sharing ideas with each other as well as our community.
