Introduction: My work stands out differently from other photographers for the following reasons, my studio is a low volume custom studio, excellent customer service is given from your first consultation, to your final product pick up appointment. My approach to photography is a combination of my fine art and photography background. Photo sessions are conducted in a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for everyone. My goal is to allow everyone to enjoy their photo session experience, and be completely happy with the final results. I enjoy working with people and fulfilling their personal photography needs. It is my intent to always give my guests more than what they asked for.

She is just amazing. She took time to get to know my daughter before the first picture was ever taken. Even then she took some random goofy shots to loosen my daughter up for better pics. Her prices are reasonable, and the array of different portrates gives my family the oppertunity to get just what we're looking for to make lasting memories

Catherine is an amazing photographer! She photographed both my daughter and my granddaughters. She is very professional and and intuitive. Cannot express how amazing Catherine is to work with! Not only is she professional but she has a tender and fun nature about her when working with my newborn and young kids. Her attention to detail and originality really separates her from the others! She has a natural talent in being able to capture those moments in time that will forever bring back memories! So many breathtaking and tearful moments when I get to see the final prints. Catherine is my first call when I need a professional photographer, hands down!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a complicated pricing system. Keeping a simple system is better for my guests. I offer everything from ala carte prints, collections, wall portraits, canvas wraps, coffee table books, and keepsakes. I like my guests to be able to put together what they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I do. I am a PPofA member, belong to several photography groups, and am always taking online classes and instruction. The photography industry is growing and changing all the time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a love for photography since I was 11 years old and armed with my Brownie camera! After I received my fine arts degree form St. Cloud State University, I worked for companies, retail stores, corporations, and the general public offering commercial and portrait photography and photo retouching. I have always joined photography clubs and organizations in every state I have lived in. After many years of photography experience and education, I decided to develop my own private, custom photography studio.
